‘TIS MR. NUT
First, a word about #GRAMS…
While developing my word game, I stumbled upon numbers that matched-up much like an anagram producing what I dubbed a #Gram [numbergram]. Occasionally, I see numbers that match-up with the same digits but are scrambled yet yield a Spinnerette.Anagram that I can visualize conversationally. At times, I will use #GRAM MTCH-UPS with 3-digit CHG numbers but matching 4-digit CHG numbers from the WSJ top 1,000 stocks can be far more demanding. When they occur like in Today’s Spinnerette.Anagram, I cannot resist selecting them. I suspect, it is their rarity that I find enticing.
Many thanks…
At this time, I would like to extend my gratitude to the countless Adobe Artists and AI Assistants whose creativity brings to life the many humorous characters that have lent a hand in narrating my Spinnerette.Anagram visual tales. Today’s Spinnerette.Anagram is no exception because the borrowed images I utilize from Adobe has brought to life the introduction of another fun-loving new persona - the amicable MR. NUT.
This Spinnerette made me reminisce. Part of my early childhood was walking on the Boardwalk in Atlantic City, NJ with my grandmother who lived there during the 50’s & 60’s. My earliest memories of seeing a larger-than-life animated character was the iconic mascot of Planters - Mr. Peanut. During that young period in my life, Mr. Peanut left a clear-cut impression on me and became one of my favorite attractions on the Boardwalk. As a child, I adored animated cartoons and newspaper comics , I stil do, but they were 2-Dimensional and Mr. Peanut was a 3-Dimensional magnificent whimsical character who represented the brand's rich history and connection to the peanut industry. This suave and sophisticated anthropomorphic peanut, depicted carrying a cane, wearing a top hat, spats and a monocle; he embodied a sense of class and charm that captivated audiences since his debut in the 1920s.
Mr. Peanut originated from a simple drawing submitted by a young boy in a contest. The character quickly evloved into a beloved figure, representing the quality and tradition of Planters. His character has been carefully crafted over the decades, reflecting changing trends while maintaining the core values of the brand: quality, integrity and a bit of humor.
A Daddy Longlegs: According to CBS News out of Texas on June 20, 2019, Planters, Mr. Peanut introduced new footwear. The Icon was sporting exclusive High Top sneakers called Crunch Force 1. The company offered the sneakers for a limited period online for US$170.00 a pair. Although fun-loving the wear was short; Mr. Peanut returned to his classic spats!
Onward to NUTS…
Nuts are often celebrated as one of nature's most nutrient-dense foods, providing a myriad of health benefits that contributes to overall well-being. These small, yet powerful, staples of nutrition are packed with essential vitamins, minerals, healthy fats, and antioxidants, making them a valuable addition to a balanced diet.
One of the most notable benefits of nuts is their heart-healthy properties. Rich in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, nuts can help lower bad cholesterol levels (LDL) while raising good cholesterol levels (HDL). This balance is crucial in reducing the risk of heart disease and stroke. Additionally, nuts contain omega-3 fatty acids, particularly in varieties like walnuts, which have been linked to improve cardiovascular health.
Nuts are also an excellent source of protein, making them an ideal snack for those seeking to maintain or build muscle mass, especially in plant-based diets. The protein found in nuts is complemented by various essential amino acids, contributing to overall body repair and growth. Their high fiber content aids digestion, promotes a feeling of fullness, and helps regulate blood sugar levels, making nuts a smart choice for weight management.
Furthermore, nuts are rich in vitamins and minerals such as vitamin E, magnesium, and selenium, which play key roles in maintaining skin health, supporting immune function and promoting bone health. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that aids in protecting cells from stress. And Magnesium supports numerous biochemical reactions in the body, including muscle and nerve function.
The presence of antioxidants in nuts, including flavonoids and phenolic acids, contributes to their anti-inflammatory properties. Regular consumption of nuts has been associated with lower levels of inflammation in the body, which is linked to a reduced risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes, cancer, and neurodegenerative disorders.
Additionally, nuts can be incredibly versatile in the kitchen. They can be enjoyed raw, roasted, or as nut butters, added to salads, smoothies, oatmeal, or baked goods, enhancing both flavor and nutrition. This versatility makes it easy to incorporate nuts into a variety of meals and snacks, catering to diverse dietary preferences and health conscious choices.
Unquestionably, NUTS are not just any food; they are a powerhouse of nutrition that contribute significantly to overall health and well-being.

These nuts are rich in carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals.
NUT confusion…
Peanuts are technically legumes but are commonly referred to as nuts. They share the same nutritional benefits we find in NUTS, such as protein, monounsaturated fats, vitamins and minerals. Also, Peanuts can be consumed raw, roasted or processed into products such as, peanut butter, peanut oil and various confections.
Coconuts are often a subject of confusion when it comes to their classification in the botanical world. While their name suggests they might be a nut, they are actually classified as a drupe, which is a type of fruit. More specifically, coconuts belong to a category of drupes known as "fibrous drupes" or "husked drupes." In botanical terms, a drupe is a fleshy fruit with a single seed encased in a hard shell, surrounded by a fleshy outer layer.
So, while coconuts may share the name - NUT, they do not fit the strict botanical definition of a true nut, such as acorns or hazelnuts, which are hard-shelled fruits containing seeds.
With all this healthy NUT Talk - I was left wondering Is there one NUT that is the healthiest NUT?
I learned that the consensus was Almonds. When it comes to nutrition, the title of the most nutritious nut often goes to the ALMOND. Packed with essential nutrients, almonds are the juggernaut of the NUT world.
